Probably the best I've made.
half red onion
4 cloves of garlic
5 medium eggs
quarter savoy cabbage
2 big mushrooms
1 plum tomato
= midnight fancy
i've only nibbled at the edges; can't wait for post swim breakfast and post run snack. might also do a lunch. omelette dreams.
